What a wonderful and beautiful cottage. Such a hidden gem. We stayed here for 3 3 nights and had the cosiest time. It's a very traditional cottage with a modern twist, which was perfect. Loved that it was dog friendly and even little legs enjoyed his stay too 🐾.
The cleanliness was outstanding, and even though the bathroom is a little small, I absolutely loved it. Such stunning decor, and the waterfall shower was amazing! The master bedroom was very spacious and the bed was super comfy.
I highly recommend this cosy cottage to anyone. It gets booked up in advance so be quick!

We had the most wonderful stay at Chimney Cottage! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated, spotless, and full of charm—it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn't have been better: peaceful and scenic, yet conveniently close to everything we needed.

Chimney Cottage is an absolute haven. It is cosy and comfortable whilst also being luxurious. The attention to detail is amazing and Nicola is the perfect host. We had a lovely stay and can't wait to return.
It is located on a quiet side street but is only a few minutes walk from a lovely pub with great food.
If you prefer to cook the kitchen is incredibly well equipped.
We were lucky enough to be the first guests to stay at the cottage and can’t recommend it enough! Nicola was super helpful and met us when we arrived and showed us how to work everything. All the furnishings and amenities in the cottage are well presented and luxurious… the bed is actually hands down the most comfortable we have ever slept in!
Although the weather was awful during our stay the cottage is super cosy and we loved the log burner and our dog loved it even more.. the local pub is only a few yards away and was dog friendly with nice food. All in all we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the cottage to anyone and definitely hope to stay again
